Michael Eager is a no-nonsense guy with a high degree of personal integrity, and he has a wealth of experience in Mensa that will be invaluable to the American Mensa Committee. Michael's goals for his term as Regional Vice Chair are well thought out, and I look forward to having Michael's support on the Board of Directors for the individual members of our society and our Local Groups, as well as for the organization as a whole. On a personal level, I have always enjoyed working with Michael and I have long admired his efforts on behalf of San Francisco Regional Mensa. Michael Eager is consistently attentive to what is going on in Mensa on a national level in addition to his local group, San Francisco Regional Mensa. He holds, and/or has held, leadership positions as elected officer, committee member, and volunteer at various levels of the organization. Michael Eager has the expertise, background, and drive to be the best-ever RVC for our Region 8. He's held local positions as LocSec, Business Manager, Testing Coordinator, Hotel Liaison for our Regional Gatherings, and, for me, the best Assistant RVC imaginable. His knowledge of By-Laws (national and local) is amazing. Michael is also knowledgeable about ASIE's (Actions Still in Effect). He accompanied me on a trip to one of our local groups that was going through a very rough time with declining membership and burned out local officers. He had solid suggestions and offered ideas on how to proceed. No job within our organization is too tough for him.
